Return Policy
At Blue Myco Manufacturing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns – 30 Days
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Limited Return Items – 14 Days
Due to the nature of certain products, the following categories are subject to a 14-day return window:
- Autoclaves
- Laminar Flow Hoods
- Commercial Equipment
These items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24–48 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Authorization (RMA) Required
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at info@bluemycomfg.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience delays or be refused.
